Edenfield Community Neighbourhood Forum (ECNF) has been established by local residents who share a common purpose and objective to protect and enhance our neighbourhood. Our intention is to ensure that future development of Edenfield helps to make it the greenest, safest place to live, work and play that it can possibly be.
Forum members are individuals who either live or work in Edenfield.

As a former resident, born and bred in Woodlands Rd from 1938–1961, I have long kept a close watch on developments in my native village. The A56 by-pass was a very welcome event, saving Market St from becoming grid locked, but the proposed development, on land, primarily which I knew as “Crofts Farm” will bring Exchange St, and Market St to a standstill and ruin the visual aspect from Market St towards Holcombe moors and Musberry Tor. My ancestors buried in Edenfield Church will be turning in their graves.
